At Avinest, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components originally received.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Customer Responsibility Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer need it, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

In these cases:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
  • No restocking fee will be charged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the product and the problem.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, Avinest will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, a full refund, or a prepaid return shipping label when a return is required.

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to our error or a product quality issue.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team first.

Exchanges are available for eligible items within the 30-day return period.

There is no exchange fee and no restocking fee. If the exchange is requested because of customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Avinest will cover the return shipping cost.

Return Process

  1. Email our customer support team at service@avinest.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and return instructions from our support team.
  3. Carefully package the item and ship it to the approved return address.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund or exchange.

Please do not return any item without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days after the inspection has been completed.

Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account statement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.
