These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://avinest.shop and purchases from Avinest, operated by Linyi Chongbaole Supply Chain Co., Ltd.（临沂宠饱乐供应链有限公司） (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Business days means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. We may correct errors, limit quantities, and cancel orders when necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund amounts paid for canceled items.

Shipping is limited to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us and receive authorization before shipping any return.
